Shipping Policy
Your orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days, except the customized products which may take 7 or more days depending on the level of work needed.
Domestic shipping is free on all orders over Rs. 1000. For orders below Rs. 1000, a shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout.
CoD is available for order value less than Rs. 4000. For, order value more than Rs. 4000, only prepaid orders will be processed.
Return and Refund Policy
Please note that most of the products on this site are handmade, so minor finishing defects could be there. We want you to love what you ordered, and try to bring you the best of the products, but if something is not right, let us know at: shop.thejottingdots@gmail.com
We have a "no return no exchange" policy simply because of the nature of stationery products. None of the products are eligible for return or exchange other than the scenario mentioned below -
For products damaged in transit or incorrect/damaged products received
In the unlikely scenario where the customer receives a damaged/defective product or a product which does not comply with the original order specification; the customer should contact at shop.thejottingdots@gmail.com within 48 hours upon receiving the product with the order number along with the image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

The return request is made after 7 days of receiving the product

The product appears to be used or damaged

The product returned is not in the same condition as it was received in

The product was purchased as part of a sale or any ongoing promotion
Re-funds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items refund
Only regular priced items may be refunded, we do not refund sale items.
Cancellation Policy
Write an email with order details to shop.the jottingdots@gmail.com requesting for a cancellation. Please note that cancellation is only possible if the product hasn't been shipped from us. Our cancellation policy lasts 24 hours from the time of product purchase for custom made products.
